Our Mission
To provide an intimate, trusted, joyous space for BIPOC squash players to share, learn, elevate, and pay it forward in order to create opportunity, access, and equality for the current and next generation of BIPOC squash leaders.
What Drives Us
Recreation is a privilege. And as a recreational sport, Squash is a privilege denied many of our members. Access to courts is limited by availability and cost. Access to competitive training and sound career rolls is even more challenging. To truly enjoy the game we love, we are profoundly committed to identifying, showcasing, supporting, mentoring and advancing elite Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) players. We work to increase BIPOC players’ access to and advancement in junior, college, club, and professional squash ranks. We support players for challenging the status quo, standing for equity, and offering sound solutions for moving squash forward.
